Thanks for the video. What would be your cheapest model to carve a solid body guitar and its neck ?
STG6012 is 2x4 CNC router with 600mm*1200mm working table, and STG1212 is 4x4 CNC router with 1200m*1200mm table size, the max full size of a guitar with neck is about 1000mm*380mm. STG6012 is the cheapest. @@STYLECNC Thank you very much for your answer? I Apologize, my question need to be clarify : Guitar with its neck means in 2 parts, so 2 different works, body + neck separately, not in one part. So the working area can be smaller. Also that is not to make a production but build one model from time to time as a hoby. Thanks if you can refine answer.

What are the external dimensions of the machine? the voltage is 220Vac biphasic ?
the machine size is 1250*1110*1560mm. Yes, we can make machine with 220v , what's your local voltage?
Just one question, if I want to change the bit in the middle of a cnc job, do I have to re-zero everything again? Do you have an automatic probe?
@@STYLECNC But how will the system know the length of new bit?
@@Chupria You can have multiple tools in your cam software, so you put in a M00 or M01 code and change the tool, and in the program you'll have T2 which will have the values for tool 2 already pre set.
@@Chupria when you make program, you can name it
@@STYLECNC I think there should be a probe. You can look up "CNC Probe" please. Without it, when I change the bits, even If I have 2 exact same bits, I will never be able to put them in the spindle at the same height with just my hand. One bit may be deeper in the spindle then the other, even if its by 0.5mm. So you need a probe to test the height right after installing a new bit.
@@Chupria based on experience, our engineer know how long to instal, sure, for fresh man, the probe will help better.

Yes seen it rocking too, Z axis is too high
I have worked on a Kongsberg with a 22 foot bed. that had a good 2 foot z axis and also shook but it didn't affect the jobs at all. it actually shook the concrete floor it was attached to .
