I interviewed for a PT express delivery driver...after practicing an interview using questions based off of this video and other TH-cam videos, I can say for a fact that you should study the behavioral type questions! None of the questions I studied for were in the interview and 2 managers switched off asking me 9 behavioral type questions and I feel like I might’ve answered 3 or 4 of the questions decently...guess we’ll see if I get a call back in a week! UPDATE: I did not end up getting the job, but I got a way cooler job making $4/hr more to start and won’t be breaking my back slinging packages...woo hooo!
Austin I got a job as a craftsman for a very good interior residential remodeling company...fedex would’ve been like corporate slavery...it is structured like a family where I work now and I couldn’t be happier!
WARNING - i just interviewed direct with FedEx Express for driver. A panel of 3 supervisors ONLY asked me 15 of the "tell me about a time when you..." Those questions are rough for me. Not sure how i did. But NOTHING else was asked of me other than are you flexible. I enjoy making personal connections with interviewers- this one was almost impossible. My app is still "in progress" but they interviewed a TON of people. Good luck everyone!

I just had an interview for PT Courier. Apparently I bombed because I just got a "thanks but no thanks" email! I wasn't prepared for their questions. I thought it was going to be as easy as interviewing for UPS driver.
This is what they asked me! Why do you want to work at FEDEX? When can you work? How would you resolve a conflict with an other? Can you lift heavy packages of different sizes? Can you bend over? Load trucks, unload trucks etc?
I have an interview tomorrow but its for the operations administrator position. Based on glassdoor, the job is 90% behavioral questions. I'm not going to get asked stuff about if I can lift heavy, etc because the job is not manual labor like a driver or package handler
Today was my Fedex interview and it wasn't questions it was like "tell me about this experience" type of questions, 10 of them. I didn't expected those and I grade myself a C if that was an exam. They will tell me in 1 or 2 weeks if I got hired or not.
@@joseesqueda1994 Yea I got hired and it's a long process here in southern California, about 5 days total of watching videos, mini tests on computer, 8 hours of driving test to check your parking skills, reversing. This is my 2nd month and i'm not delivering on my own yet. This is my 3rd day of being in the passenger seat to have an idea
i had my interview today and they only asked me yes or no questions saying like an you lift 40 pounds, are you able to work the shift from 2-8am, and the only question i had to answer was “please tell me a moment that you and a coworker got in a disagreement and tell me how you fixed it”
CassaReactz for real haha, i had the interview like 2 months ago now and the questions arent even about the damn job, its about your attitude and how you react when this or that happens at your workplace and your experience dealing with situations.... im so confused.... for such a not that complicated job (i was trynna get into package delivery with fedex express). i personnally feel like its way wayyy to hard and pushed for that type of basic job but thats my opinion

It went really good. I work for FedEx now. Since September.
I no longer work there. It turned out to be a horrible place to work for.
