- After riding the bike for a while now, I decided to look into a squeaky rear wheel noise, and change the front sprocket for 1 tooth less to help it accelerate in 4th and 5th gears.

Nice, I like the attention to detail close up of what you are doing.
Cheers kevs. 👍👍👍
Nice video. Always nice to see other GP100s! Did you find any improvement in the higher gears after the front sprocket change? I have a similar issue where I have zero performance in 5th on my GP. It's fine downhill and on a dead flat road, but the slightest of inclines and I lose speed very quickly. Up to 4th it seems fine (for a little bike and 15.5 stone of me on it!) but I have to keep the bike in 4th at about 7.5k revs at just over 50mph to maintain speed in a national speed limit area.
I just can't get it much quicker. (I've put it down to me being between 2 and three stone heavier now than I was 33 years ago when I had my first one at 17 years old!)
Great Video Fella
Rear wheel right hand side. You missed the split pin. There’s a hole with nothing in it?⚠️
😂 thats not a split pin hole! Its for inserting say a screwdriver to stop bolt moving round when you undo or tighten it!😎👌
@@SalopianBivvyman makes sense 👍🏻
At least something does!!😅😅😂
Do you feel some difference in performance after exchanging stock exhaust with an expansion chamber?
I dont know, I never run the engine before I put exhaust on? It goes well
