Hearing that crackle from that engine on first start up reminded me of my old Suzuki TS90T (yea, I'm of that age). Very similar engine design too - rotary valve etc. It would touch over 80mph. I would imagine that with a bigger engine improving on that. You are very skilful in what you do. Good work.

I just observed that this bike Carburetor and Exhaust Muffler Silencer is of Yamaha YB100. Try to get it's original Carburetor Mikuni VM20SC and Exhaust as well.

My mates, had Suzuki and always had problems re the electrics?!! I would never touch them. Over 45 years I've had BSA Bantam... Hondas, BMWs, Kawasaki ❤From 200cc to over 1300cc !! Love your vids ! ❤

I have observed in all your videos that you never replace the bearings.. its always a good idea to replace the bearings if you are Overhauling the engine.
