Great video! I wish you'd include in the 4th video how to send MIDI messages from the Trident to other devices. I intend to use this with my amp as will But I plan to add a loop switcher for dirt pedals. The procedure of creating MIDI commands is not detailed in the manual. I 'm hoping you'd cover it in the next video.
Hey Francisco. Thx for the comment. So right now the only MIDI messages the Trident can send is a PC message of the current preset number when you select that preset. So you can’t specify a PC change value anywhere on the unit or software. The PMS1 I’m using just saves the settings on the current PC number that’s being sent. So I sever the preset, select the channel switches and save. I just repeat that per preset and it works. Hopefully they’ll include PC changes on the next update.
