Just seeing how the lock worked inside, the exact one I have which I’ve spent two days trying to find an identical match for without success, has saved me all sorts of headaches I can’t tell you how much. Many thanks and I’m one happy new subscriber. Top job!

You count the 5 levers from one side (10 teeth) It’s symmetrical so the key can be used inside and out.

Any idea how to arrange the levers if you didn’t number them ? Mine looks very similar

@@quintinvanderberg3852 I haven't tried this, I'm just hypothesising here...... perhaps it is possible (with the case/plate off) to reinsert the levers with the key insitu. It will just be a process of trial and error until you get the 5 levers to get their notches to align. Give it a try.

@@fixitfallows align in what way ? You have a video ?

@@quintinvanderberg3852 try watching the video from approximately 3:50 through to circa 6:00. Here I try to explain how the key works with the levers to align cut outs in the levers to allow a tab/notch on another part of the mechanism to slide into position. If you can visualise how this works, perhaps you can effectively reverse engineer your setup. With the key in place, reinsert the levers until the cut outs on the five levers align uniformly.
The other option of course is to waste no further time and buy yourself a new lock 😃, but then where is the fun and sense of achievement in that ?!
