I often say this and I'll say it again.
Whatever you think of Tag 2, you can't deny that its presentation was kickass, and the sheer amount of characters and special moves and interactions they had was kickass.
Yeah. Tekken Tag 2 is more of a celebration of the Tekken franchise ane a love letter to the fans than a full blown competitive focused game.
For us mortals it was more than good.
Tag 2 sure look very impressive graphically.

What if in future Tekken games they can introduce Omen Jin as a "New Heihachi" since he's dead in the lore. That would be sick!
I think there should be some attack or command or a specific combo string to trigger omen stance

@@greyngo Jin's son? Jin avoids banging Xiaoyu so he doesn't create another devil gene user. Also, in the lore Jin despises the Mishima bloodline and everything to do with it, hence he unlearned Mishima-Ryu karate and adopted Kyokushin karate while keeping the influence from Jun's Kazama-style.
Even if he hypothetically had a son, why would he teach Heihachi's fighting style to the kid? Lest we forget, Heihachi tried to blow Jin's brains out in T3 and captured him in T4.

Omen Jin would be so hype. Story would build up to how Jin can't defeat Kazuya. He then accepts his bloodline by using the omen stance to get an advantage. Heihachi was powerful without the devil gene, but Jin with devil gene + omen stance would make him strong enough. (not using devil in gameplay but just that it's part of him lore wise)

I know this comment's like half a year old, but I still gotta say, I think that would defeat the point of the story. I mean, I know I'd be rooting for him not to accept his bloodline, so I'd be kinda sad if he ended up just accepting it. There's not much point in defeating Kazuya after that, really.

T4 jin wasn't broken since he learned karate not a long time ago from the 4th tournement so he still had some of those mishimas moves

I used this OFTEN as possible when playing Jin, It was cool to see Jin embrace his inner Kazuya and utilize this style of karate, a style that Jin himself swore not to use and uses it in TTT2.....Say what you want about this Tekken but it had SOMMME good to it.

The combo is one of the easiest things in tekken ever, you press 122>and start mashing, it always works. No execution required, this combo starts with a 122 so it's not even interruptible, so yeah OP

the omen stance has to be my personal favorite from jin, would do anything bring it back, also I do like to point that jin has more hidden gem moves like the rising uppercut, the 1,2 thurstkick (including the transition into zenshin), the 1,1,2 mishima combo and so much more

This could be a cool Tekken 8 inclusion. Maybe make it so his Devil eye appears in the stance.. emphasizing how he has gained more control of the Devil gene.

but a more realistic approach imo would be for it to activate instantly, and have him be able to move freely and block while staying in the stance, but still have it deactivate if you do any move other than electric. (in rage only of course)

@@duckyedits6753 To balance it, the hellsweep would do less damages than here (but it would wallsplat). He'd have no access to his Kyokushin style moves (no f+4). He'd lose his parry in favor of his TTT1 reversal. But his d+1 would high crush like in S1. Seems like a fair trade-off. It's mostly for the lore and the swagg anyway.

Don't know if many people know this(and I don't know if this was the same in tag 2): This stance is -10 on hit and -25 on block. Boy I laugh so much when I remember how often I use this to get out of pressure because my opponent doesn't know. XD

Ok I thought he could only do it with hei. There was another weird family easter egg Jin could do in TTT1, where if Jin is team with Kaz and Jin lands 1+3 though an extra frame of hit spark animation will appear and a unique voice clip will play for Jin, did that return?

I loved this stance. When I was new to online tekken I learned this and, uh... Yeah people kinda hated me on the beginner ranks for doing the great Jin/Devil Jin combo xD
Imagine this on T7 become jins "devil form" (similar to kazuya rage u/b 1+2) and when toggled any movement is allowed. Id say it can be a good addition for our emo boi 😂

Mainman, I desperately need you help. I saw in one of your videos that you use a Razer Pantera ? o have the same stick but the balltop on my stick rotates, I'm pretty sure from what I've read it's not supposed to do this? But I've tried using the screwdriver that comes with the stick to tighten it but it doesn't do anything. Am I missing something? Please help
Every stick has the balltop rotating but usually it rotates with the entire lever, what i mean is that if you open your stick and watch the screw under the lever while rotating the balltop you can see it rotates aswell, but in the case you mean that the ball rotates as in you can unscrew it from the lever that's not intentional, it means you have to tighten it.

@@rikuheart91 no I understand what you mean but I have tried that, it feels like the ball is rotating independent to the stick rotating, but I've tried to tighten it to the point where I've stripped the screw underneath... So I cannot tighten it any further, yet when I go for a up forward input for a hopkick for example and try to push the stick that that direction, the ball rotates and I just end up doing a forward input. Do you know what I mean? When I have tried out the other top that came with the stick the scre underneath the top came out, could that be the problem? Maybe I have to try tightening that before putting either top on?

Well that's still not it, he has his OG Demon paw, sure it's a animation change but still a add on, I think delaying his hellsweep does a different version, but No one confirmed it, coz everyone stopped making TTT2 videos.
Well delaying the wavedash I mean't...delaying the wavedash into the hellsweep, In the psp version of T6, they are omen stance mods taken from TTT2 and TTT1, He could delay the wavedash into the hellsweep that only did 2 hits. I don't have ttt2 so I would not know.

TTT taught not to spam launchers. Anything -14 or -16 was most likely a kill with the right characters and the wall

@@princekanbatsu2301 I am not saying this because I am a jin main but because even tho he excels at every thing you rarely see a jin main wining any professional level tournaments like evo,plus the fact that he is harder then he looks and you must have the execution and the knowledge of the matchups if you want to win ,so I think that Jin is a hard but rewarding character . Its true that he has every thing but he is a master of nothing which means that he isn't annoying to play against (unlike eddy😂)
