That's basically the height of a suburban powerline. The head would be the size of a small car and would struggle to fit three people in it. Same problem with the super-heavy tanks. When you look at the "tactical schematics" you immediately realise that super-heavy tank shells are SMALLER than tanks shells used in MBTs today!
I agree to a certain degree, except about the size of a tank shell. A demolisher cannon looks like it would be firing about 350 to 400mm shells. The biggest guns on a superheavy would be even larger.

If I am not mistaken, they still know how to build most titans. Including the psy titan. I think it's only the Emperor class and the more exotic variants that are lost. The Psy Titans are in the Ordo Sinister and are only deployed on for very specific mission profiles, a little like the Grey Knights or Deathwatch.
