Aww man, that kitchen makes me miss my days in culinary school! Those were the hardest, most stressful, yet most fun & rewarding 2yrs of my life! But I realized I hated working in kitchens because that was even more stressful, lol.
To make this even healthier, bake the sweet potatoes, replace the Worcestershire sauce with a lil teriyaki sauce/water, use egg-free bread and non-dairy cheese. BANG! No cholesterol, minimum oil (in the pan) and no dairy. Plant Based Portabella Cheesesteak. 🌱👏❤️🧀
My friends and family love when I re-create a dish like this completely plant based 💕 (healing through food/feeling good instead of sluggish). win/win!
Me being from philly, That’s an elegant cheesesteak, not a Philly cheesesteak. I’d still eat it if I was at a 5 star restaurant where you should be working fam. You did the dam thing.

+Vegan Tina what cheese brands do you recommend? i tried the mozzarella block from follow your heart. Not a big fan of it.
mooseknuckle sandwiches - there's another brand called Chao Cheese. That brand is good cold, or hot.
