What about the role of Gluten in damaging the gut ? I'm an armchair amateur observer of gut science.. There seems to be a huge body of research out there documenting the negative effects of gluten. My health has improved a lot since I gave up gluten. I have Sjogrens syndrome and after giving up gluten I have been able to cut down on my maintenance dose of methotrexate
Just eat simple , recognisable foods. Cook so that you enjoy it. Health should not be the luxury of the rich but .....we can avoid their aloofness too.
Look at the dirty dozen and avoid these, and the rest eat good fruit n veg os better for you than avoiding. You can wash fruit n veg, better wash with bicarb in water. And as others said it maybe there are things you spend on but equally it might not be.
In Myanmar a typical meal may contain 30 different veggies and pulses, and usually ends with fermented tea leaf ... a study of the gut baccteria and general health of myanmar people could confirm( or not) some of your theories.
Can you be depressed because your gut is unhealthy? I can’t figure out if this is just the case or it’s because I’m unemployed and anxious about the future 😕
From what I’ve seen on several videos on TH-cam, yes. I wish I had known this before. Cut out all sugar, honey, agave syrup, all seed oils( canola, corn , sunflower), and all processed foods. Eat whole fruits and vegetables ( some gut flora need the fiber), meat, fish, eggs. Lots of videos on TH-cam to help you. Also, grass-fed, grass-finished beef. You can make bone broth which is good for the gut.
Low mood can make it harder to get a job because it might come across in how you interview, the language you use etc. And if you're low in mood and eat poorly it's going to impact. There are Zoe videos on this - depression and mood especially. Dr K HealthyGamers has good videos on this and exercise too. Good luck!
Yes but we need to reform our food and medical industry. Its a system that creates mental and physical sickness and big pharm and other industries benefit from that. Its not right that we have to fight to be healthy. Our land is so polluted that natural healthy microbes dont even live in it anymore. Hence why we have to buy probiotics. I mean the system is completely f***** up. And noones doing anything about it.
Having a pet who likes nature, will get mud, soil, pond water, sea water etc etc will help transfer spore based probiotics as well as germs which will strengthen our immune system.

Have you seen the book on inflammatory arthritis and diet? The keystone approach - antiinflammatories R Felts.
Thank you for sharing this information. But what if buying organic food is too expensive? Not eat any fruit and vegetables at all???
You can grow herbs in pots on your windowcill. You can grow potatoes in a bucket.
Evidence shows that even non organic fruit and vegetables are better than eating none.

Give up your cable tv, that will gain you $100. In my opinion health is more important than being brainwashed.
Try re-evaluating whats important in your life. If you cant afford healthy nutrition then you are wasting your money elsewhere.
