I have bought a number of their dvd's. I highly recommend. They helpe dme out tremendously. They leave nothing that they don't explain. Never have removed an engine and tore it down before, left me very overwhelmed and intimidated. Their engine removal / tear down dvd helped me. I will definitely be getting this electrical one too. Currently troubleshooting a friends 68. ON a side note, these are sample clips, they don't bounce around this much in the dvd. definitely worth the money. trust me.

have a 1971 super beetle . i am having wiring issues so the starter just clicks ,
i have replaced the battery , the starter and still just clicks , one of my issues is
wiring you videos are a big help i kind of am getting to where i remember some things from when i was a kid ,i traced the problem to no fire in the coil,. i believe i need to replace that wire ? do i need to replace the entire harness is my question ?

I have a '69 Bug, Automatic Stick-Shift which having similar issues to Steve Jenks.........................but my starter does not even click. Replaced battery, replaced starter, have voltage to starter, can cross over start, but getting nothing from the switch when I turn the key. Maybe a coil problem also....................where can I can start and go from here?

I have a 71 super beetle. My tail light. keeps shorting out when ever i hit a bump.
Check the wires behind the lens for lose connection and/or missing insulation .

I need to se if anyone can help me out on hao to find out were is the reverse hock up in the trammicion I on a 68 vw baja and they disconnect the harness on the rear so I don have reverse light tank's I will aprecietet good blessed

don't waste your time with this video. They jump all around, don't complete clips on diagnoses, etc. It was ridiculous.
The actual video follows through on all the projects. This is just to demonstrate what kind of things are covered.
wow My 1rst beetle is a mexican bug, its all new style stuff delay wipers colum ingition,electric fuel pump fuel injectors air conditioning...i let it sit up for 5 years{morguage crisis} and the whole brake system rusted up and the fuel tank ethanol rusted too. coated the tank red kote and dot 5 fluid in the new brakes. i knew if i got an old bug it would have problems i guess the fuel they sell us and the dot 3 fluid can kill the car too..bugs need to be built to sit. They always end up sitting and another car gets driven..
