Michiru Yamane composed Foggy Cave in the Darkness from Hard Corps. I'm fairly certain most of the soundtrack (including this song) was composed by Hiroshi Kobayashi. Granted, all I have to go off of is some of the similarities between the sound of Hard Corps and a few songs from Akumajou Dracula for the X68K, but neither Aki Hata or Hirofumi Taniguchi seem to have any tracks I recognize from them on this OST.
