Amazing interview. My biggest reminder was how Monica mentioned that time keeping is part of the integrity that can earn us trust and credibility. It’s the small things.
Thoroughly enjoyed this. Especially how she kept relating her personal experiences to entrepreneurship in general. She literally had a stepping stone but still went through EVERYTHING because of career change! Gave me enough food for my thoughts. All thanks to you Suwilanji 😊
Hey suwilanji,I think personally I can really appreciate if you asked the guests about their backgrounds like the kind of homes they grew up in just their childhood basically,so that as they build up I can appreciate their story more, someone might think some guest where prevaleged when not,I submit.
Even I her nephew I have only met her once😂😂 that was in 2012 December at my grand Pa's place(Prof Moses Musonda) I was in Grade 10 by then and she was just coming back to Zambia to set up Java Foods.
Think out the box Do not be afraid Look around Start small. Manage customer base Understand business Have one paying customer Be passionate Be clear on why Have fun don’t take life so seriously Laugh and enjoy it
I recore in high school when i first had ezee noodles, and i was excited when saw the proudly Zambian tag; my appreciation for the brand heightened when i had discovered the company is owned by an indigenous Zambian. Monica Musonda is one of my favorite Zambia entrepreneurs, she has inspired my on my business journey. Thank you Mr Suwilanji
