He's more careful with instruments too, no nicks and scratches, no belt buckles, that mark was passive aggressive, also this guy is a monster musician, better ear, listen to that Coltrane

He's been here the whole time. I first saw a very early demo from several years ago with his two voiced style (bass and melody).

Wow... I enjoyed these videos when Mark was hosting and thought he was a terrific player, but mostly I was watching to learn about the guitars. Michael, your playing technique is so very different and innovative that now I'm watching for the performances. Good job.

Jazzmasters sound great. Leo nailed it on that guitar! Sad that they got such a bad rap back in the '70's and 80's
90 procent of the sound comes from the Fingers. Lemmo is a great Player.

Michael’s diverse playing styles on this jazz master is phenomenal. Before this episode, I was never a fan of this guitar but my opinion has radically changed due to Michael’s performance. Glad to have Michael on board. He’s taking this program to an all new level.

The Jazzmaster and its sister the Jaguar are really neat.. they feel 'right' the way they fit and balance.. with that comfort.. you play better not even knowing you are. Freddie Tavares who designed the Strat thought of his Jag/Jazz body as 'perfection'.. his words.
Instead of listening records, I just scour TH-cam for Mike Lemmo demos. Brilliant 👏
For anyone missing Mark, here is his script for this episode. enjoy. "Hey everybody. Mark Agnesi here in the backroom of Norms Rare Guitars. Oh boy, woe is me, isn't it the weekend yet? Anyway, we've got a great offset for you today. Look at that. Is that Chad enough for you, Chad? Hipster. Look at the finish on that. It's so clean, so clean. We've got the clay dot inlays on the neck, with the unbound fretboard. We've got the witch hat knobs. Whhhitch hat, whhiitch hat. We've got the ashtray there for your jazz cigarettes (knowing smile to the camera here). Why don't we take it out front and put it through the Mark Agnesi test.... All eq's at noon, a bit more reverb for that surfy goodness. First song - The Ventures, Walk Don't Run. Alright, let's dial that reverb back a bit and lets see what these two pickups together can do. Michael, not going to lie I was a bit unsure after the first episode but your playing immediately took away the uncertainty. I appreciate that there's more playing now and I'm sure you'll develop your own style for the show going forward! Mark was great but you can be just as good if not better, no need to choose between the two of you. Keep up the great work

I can understand why you like the Jazzmaster, it just sounds amazing. I'm not a player, but I do love to listen to the guitar, especially in the hands of a talented player. Keep it up.
Last year I got a similar replica (2017 Squier, same color, made in Indonesia) just to try it and see what the fuss was about. Now I'm looking forward to get an american made Fender Jazzmaster (any colour, I don't care), because it's simply the best guitar I've ever played. I ended up loving it.
