Question to uber black drivers: when you get into accident with your client in the car will uber $1mil coverage cover you and your passenger or your commercial insurance covers it?
If uber doesn't cover than it makes sense that uber x takes more and covers the accident.

Go with Escalade because you’ll also get SUV rides with it. The Escalade is American which is cheaper to maintain.

LLC costs $75. You need llc if you buy your own car. If you rent the car from someone else than you don't need llc

Salom. I'm not sure. I think it depends where you opened your uber black account and what type of tcp is for the car. Maybe you can do only if the car has tcp type A

Hi Kush, i just got my uber black account, I put my DL and background check and profile picture, and it all went ok, but it is asking me to put CA commercial registration and CA PUC permit and commercial ins. certificate and commercial insurance ID card then vehicle inspection, so when I asked the guy at uber hub he told me the owner has to have a fleet account, I told him I can rent a car with commercial insurance and puc from someone and put it he told me no he has to have an uber fleet account, then I started to think if i put all the required pictures for every document will uber deny it because it doesn't show my name and it shows the owner's name which is not mine? please tell me what did you do about this thing when you rented your car?
Fleet owner should have cars that are ready to drive for uber. He will just add your black account to his fleet as a driver and everything you go online you choose what car from the list if he has many. If he doesn't have fleet account but drives the car with uber he can just create fleet account. No problem. I'm not sure if you can find a car with tcp, commercial insurance that has never been used as an uber and put it on your account. Technically you should be ok but I'm not sure

And again, from a TH-camr of all people…Uber and Lyft don’t take anything from your earnings. We are paid mileage plus time and any tips. Uber and Lyft tack on their fees on top of the fare to the customer. This TH-camr is full of BS for posting this video with the title.
With that said, Uber and Lyft are still screwing the drivers. Our costs have gone up but our earnings are constantly going down while Uber and Lyft increase their fees.
