Hi guys! This workout was created by conditioning coach twitter.com/cameron_gfgb. He analysed Alexis Sanchez's game to create a routine that will make you more agile, explosive, and stronger - just like Arsenal's Chilean superstar. If you have any questions fire them over to Cam and he'll give you his expert advice. Good luck!
for the kettlebell squat jump, can u use a dumbell instead? cuz my gym doesnt have kettlebells. And what weight are u looking for to have? And also the med ball slams. My gym also dont have (lol) it. What other excercise can i replace it with?
Hi Robin. This workout was designed by conditioning coach twitter.com/cameron_gfgb - fire your questions to Cameron and he'll give you the answers you need.
Most pro footballers workout involves the same or similar exercises. Core strengthing, balance, explosiveness... the execution may differ, but pretty much they all follow the same routine. So I think it is not too far off from what Sanchez does. However I would say his genetics play a huge role.
When you run you run faster if you use arm....So when you take explosive workd with arms it can be realy helpful. But also the coach didn't say it best.
I hope two years on from this video the coach discovered the key to being enthusiastic...also, why jump on the steps with the kettlebell? looool get on the ground.
Guys. increase your soccer skills does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I will give you some tips now. Look for a popular training course called Episoketren System (just google it). Thanks to it I've improve the weakest part of my soccer game. I probably should not even be speaking about it cause I don't want lots of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I'm just simply in a excellent mood today and so I will share the wealth haha.
HM Fitness they do lift and they actually hit all those kind of exercises once or twice a week. They don't go heavy and focuse more on explosiveness, balance, speed, and endurance.
Storm erZ they train virtually year long have don't have the ability to recover from high intensity high stress movements like those. They will never achieve neurological adaptations
the game is constant. doesn't require huge one off movements with long recovery.......unless you're watching England play that is!..functional calisthenics works well
I first thought that gym coach was Nicolas otamendi😂😂
alexis is pure hard work great video mate
Would love to see more of this!

Is explosive masturbation a part of Sanchez training
How To Heal stfu u sanchez hater!!
Cool training
Good workouts
Instructions for the very last excercise seems to me like a typo. Should it be 3 circuits and 3 repeats OR 30 seconds and 3 repereats?
Hello FourFourTwo
What's a professionals footballers normal workout ( hole body + explosive ) ?
How many times to use the program in week
Explosive everything
How often should I do this a week
Very good exercises but if you write Alexis Sunches i'm looking for Alexis Sunches in this video..
Why do the kettlebell squat jumps on the box? What's the difference from just doing it on the floor?
My guess is that it absorbs the impact on knees as there is a little give with box.
What exactly is Episoketren System? How does this thing really work? I see lots of people keep on talking about this popular training program.
Yo anyone know what the name of the long sleeve shirt that the coach is wearing?? I need it
Now that's a work out
song of workout?
How many times per week do i have to do this routine?
Khattab Reda 4 is a perfect balance
Thanks man
Alguém do Brasil?
How many times should I do these exercises in a week? Everyday?
Pikz not everyday 2-4 times
Which one is Alexis Sanchez?
Thomas Lemar, is that you?
its quite easy
Is this the only thing he does IN the gym?
Ram Mohan I would imagine he would have his own gym routine and the is the stuff he does with his S'n'C coach at the club
CC83 Thanks! :)
explosive pushups so that enable a footballer to explode from the ground......what? hahaha
When you run you run faster if you use arm....So when you take explosive workd with arms it can be realy helpful. But also the coach didn't say it best.
Above all its important to absorb shock when falling down....and important for kicking ball and while running
enrico wp I bet you look dumb as shit now huh
you are so dumb
👍🏻
