ሽሮ በ5 ደቂቃ? Five minutes Instant Pot Shiro & Siga Wot in 20 Minutes

Very delicious instant pot 5 minutes Shiro (commonly chickpea and peas flour blended with spice). And Siga wot ( spicy Ethiopian beef stew). Ingredients are: Berbere ( Ethiopian spice blend with chili pepper), Red onion, tomatoes, garlic, ground rosemary, black pepper, salt and water.
