Thank you for sharing! 😊 I cook basmati rice, beans and soup on instant pot. When I cook rice, I press manual, high pressure, 8 minutes for 3 cups of rice, I add 3.5 cups of hot water, 2- tablespoon of oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon cardamom.
When You cook lentils stew the setting should be set at sauté; less. This way you should have more control, and avoid overcooking. Thanks for showing the towel method, never thought of it.also you can cook Shero wet, baking beans quickly which is healthy over buying canned, Sauté onion without worrying about the smell of your house. Having this pot is an investment for your time
