@Allen Iekanjika I don't think I needed your reply, but thank you 😂 it's not a correct thing to say, that food is "plagiarized", especially when there are centuries of domination and culture melting pots. Of course some dishes will be very similar, I'm Italian and I've encountered dishes that are similar to ours in Turkish cuisine, and I'm sure I'd find some in the Greek one too. Same goes for China, Korea and Japan: all of them share some dishes, but they got personalized in time, so the sushi is not the same as gimbap, while still very similar. It's hard to say where a dish comes from when its recipe got lost in the night of time, so unless you were born centuries ago and you know for sure, which I doubt, I invite you to reconsider your opinion.

Any dish with eggplants and meat is delicious! In Greece we have the same dish but instead of tomatoe sauce, we add bechamel cream on the top of the eggplants 🙂 It is called παπουτσάκια (papoutsakia) which means "little shoes". Then, we have a dish with eggplants and tomatoe sauce, but instead of meat, we fill them with an onion-garlic stuffing (I think you have the same in Turkey, we even call it in Greece with its Turkish name which is "imam baildi") 😁

Assalamoalikum,
It's so amazing to see baingn( eggplant) and qeema ( meatmince) in a different way. We mix everything together and here you present it in a beautiful way. Instead of oil we use ghee ( clarified butter) . I'll try this dish for sure. Best wishes. 🥰
As 💕👋
OK I have to make this tonight. I can’t wait! It looks fantastic. It’s like Imam Bayaldi with meat :-)
Yes indeed 😊 let me know how it turn out
Since I became a vegetarian, eggplant is my favourite veggie to cook with, and I'm always looking for new recipes. This looks delicious!! 😋
When I find a recipe I like that uses ground meat, I just substitute lentils. I think that will work great for this dish because lentils and eggplant are delicious together.
This looks so delish😘😘😘 I am going to try cooking this 😎

Hello! Thank so much 🍲
Fantastic dish, very well-explained ... I had never tried frying the eggplants - I always roasted them - but this is a great method too. Thank you so much for sharing!

wonder if i could use korean red pepper paste for your recipes?
My mother always mixes red pepper and tomato pastes for this recipe. If you like you can use red pepper paste with some grated tomatoes, all you need to remember is adding less water then.
I am Indian Muslim, please pray for our Kashmiri muslims they are facing exploitation from non Muslims because of our religion

MashaaAllah..🌹Delicious your cooking is perfect,I like Turkish people n as well as the cooking 💕from Germany 🇩🇪
Salaams from.the UK, I've made.some of your dishes and they've been a huge hit. You make it very easy to follow and luckily we have a big Turkish community in the UK so can buy the ingredients easily. The Turkish dish I would really like to know how to make is a Turkish stew which you can buy in the restaurants, you traditionally have it with bread, rice and salad. I would love to know how to cook this dish. Shukran
Salaam dear iffet, happy to hear that you tried my recipes. Is it mixed of vegetables with meat?
