Loved karniarik, will do imam bayildi. Watch those gracious fingers when cutting onion. The tomato sauce deserves some salt, pepper, maybe cayenne and SUGAR. I like your very honest recipes, classically cooked and wonderfully showed here, good job!

This is a womderful....but I heard the story in this way: an imam got newly married and his wife's dad was an olive oil merchant. He gifted the newly Weds enough oil to.last at least a year...the bride cooked this dish and the imam loved it so much that he demanded for it everyday...so after a month his wife stopped cooking it..wen the imam asked for the reason she replied that she used all the olive oil and there is none left...hearing this the imam fainted...bcoz he realized that he consumed so.much of oil😁😀
Hi Ayşenur! Here in the Philippines we have long and slender eggplants. Can we still use them for this recipe? And can we do without the peppers? Also will any type of tomato do? We have smaller tomatoes here that are a bit orange in color. Teşekkürler!
