Macau Pheonix Egg Roll With Seaweed and Pork Floss 蛋卷

Chinese snack/pastry/dish. In Guangdong and Hong Kong, egg roll usually refers to biscuit roll. Koi Kei Bakery I’ve tried phoenix egg rolls before and I always buy the one stuffed with shredded pork (pork floss) and wrapped with seaweed. I like the contrast of sweet and salty plus the texture of the pork jerky. It's sort of like cotton candy-if cotton candy were made of dry, fluffy, finely shredded pork seasoned with soy sauce and sugar and looked like scraggly clumps of dryer lint.The ingredients include eggs, flour and sugar.

I am pretty sure it is on the way up to the church ruins from the main square. On the left hand side there are many such stalls there
