  • dim sum means “to eat a little something” in Cantonese and is very popular in Hong Kong. Selections here include Siu Mai an open topped cup shape wrapper with a filling of pork or shrimp, gai bao jai bread dough, twisted at the top, filled with chicken, sausage or shrimp, char siu bao steamed pork buns, lo mai gai sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaves, tau zi fung zao chicken feet in bvlack bean sauce and jian dui, fried sesame balls.
