- G'day legends, This week I head out in search of 'Green monsters' Australia's largest freshwater fish the mighty Murray Cod! To do so I meet up with good mates Lubin Pfeiffer and Colby Lesko at Glenlyon Dam and start our trip casting large swimbaits into likely looking areas. After hundreds of fishless casts, finally we have a break through! Hope you enjoy the episode! One thing I can promise is that I will be back!

I went to glen lyon few years ago with kayaks bryan put us onto a few spots in rivers got 3 cod in 2 sessions was awesome
im heading down there tomorrow and aiming for cod using bassman spinning bait using diawa LDZ. ANY TIPS?
I would love to say I had some tips for you mate, but I’m definitely not a cod fisherman! I just got lucky! Hope you get a few!

So that fish was 5 ft 3 inches!! That's some epic shit right there! Man I can't believe a freshwater fish getting that big here in the US unless it was a massive catfish or a huge alligator gar which we do have but they are rare!!! Great job mate that's an epic catch😎👍👍
Mate 5 foot is about 150 cm.

33:25 what kind of fish is that i live in texas so I've never seen anything like it. it kind of reminds looks like a yellow perch mixed with a crappie in my opinion are they really called yellows or something else.
