    I love it. First time i tried and it was a great success. the yogurt taste is very strong too. I alter it a little by using normal low fat fruit yogurt and 2 tablespoon lemon juice. It taste good too. I love both. Thank you so much. Now i can eat more and no need to pay expensive price for a slice each time. My family keeping asking me to make it again and again. Thank you again.

    I just wanted to make cheese cake without oven and I found your channel. And I did it by mixing more of powder sweetener and just one table spoon of white sugar and one and a half of table spoon of lemon and for the crust I put half the amount of salted crackers I had with stevia and cinnamon and butter. And now it's in the fridge. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

    I have a few recipes for NO BAKE cheesecake. Very delicious! BUT! you cannot mold them but need to use them as a cheesecake spread. I end up scraping it off the crust unto a mixing bowl and adding the perfect crust all chunked up into the mix...Pretty good,, if that's what you wanted in the first place.. A great spread on cookies and pretzels. So i bailed myself out very "tastefully". But these no bakes just don't stiffen up! I have always baked mine in a water bath in the oven with perfect results. But with summer heat it would be super.great to finally make one no bake that actually held up. Hopefully, this one will. Yours looks beautiful!

    This cake can be made without gelatin too. Just pop it in the oven at 200°F for about 30-40 minutes or when sides look a bit brown. Remove it. It's ok if it's jiggles. Once it's cool refrigerate, yogurt will help set it. As long as you use 3.5 % milk fat yogurt no more no less and with active bacterial culture and don't put lemon or sugar but condensed milk, it will taste darn good.

    • @SweetsMin
      @SweetsMin  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That sounds like a good idea since you can serve the cake as is in the glass Tupperware 😊 But if you want to remove the cake from the pan, I suggest inverting the Tupperware over a clean board and using the warm towel method to release the cake. You can watch this video th-cam.com/video/W9ecuDnSlIA/w-d-xo.html from 1:56 where I removed a cheesecake from a pan with no removable base. Good luck~💖

      Sweetners are more poison than sugar. Use sugar or no sugar.

      @@ishtar8725 Yummy recipe - and I liked the fun silence and sound-effects and the music made the production seem like a silent movie..fun. The cheescake seems super.... will try it.
      re: the sugar: I think Stevia or Truvia is approved for those fighting a sugar tummy...or sugar-restricted. In some recipes, the solidity of the sugar has something to do with the success of the recipe, but not this recipe....any sweetener will do, since the cheese, yoghurt and gelatin govern the texture. Yum!

    • @lindajohnsen5170
      @lindajohnsen5170 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      DeeDee Inc Not true- stevia is a plant with sweet leaves which is a God send for diabetic s like me. You can purchase it as a powder or liquid substitute for sugar. Or, you can grow the plant yourself and use the leaves dried like herbs. It is very very sweet so you do not need much of it to equal the taste of sugar.
      You should be able to find it in your grocery store in the baking supply aisle where sugar, flour and yeast are found.
      But I do agree that sweetener substitutes like Splenda and Sweet and Low are neural toxins and anything that contains them, especially diet sodas are extremely toxic and should be avoided like cyanide! 🤗

    • @lindajohnsen5170
      @lindajohnsen5170 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Lynelle Thompson Use stevia- it is from a plant ( you can grow them yourself), and can buy them from your grocery store as a powder or liquid. It’s great for diabetics, and if you grow them yourself as a houseplant you can dry the leaves and use them like dried herbs. They are very very sweet and you do not need very much to substitute for sugar.

    Yogurt it depand where is it from... Some yogurt r thick some yogurt r watery.
    lemon juice is optional to add less or more. can also use vanilla pod or vanilla extract to replace lemon juice. Each have individual prefer taste.
    Gelatin have many different brands.... depands how hard/thick or soft each individual want it to be.
    i follow all the steps and there is no problem in taste too sour of lemon or not thick the cheese filling. environment of the room is important. must be cool or aircond.
    i let the Gelatin cool down a bit. if hot also the filling will be watery.
    thanks for sharing the wonderful recipe.

      Hi Mehjabeenjable. Unfortunately, cream is an essential ingredient in my cheesecake recipes 🤔 I have not tried without cream before.

    • @SweetsMin
      @SweetsMin  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, sorry I'm not sure about the whipping cream brands in India. But you can look out for whipping creams that contain between 30% to 35% milk fat content, which was what I used in this cheesecake recipe ☺
