Perfect recipe! Made this No Bake Matcha Cheesecake this Christmas except I doubled the ingredients since I made a 9x6 inch pan and It’s absolutely delicious,My family adores it!! I also loved the sound of the sliced white choco, it’s like music to my ear..haha..💚🎂💚
I’ve tried this. Overall it is a very good recipe, thank you! Input: the biscuits has to be combined with some melted butter so that they will stick better, otherwise it will just crumbling all over. The matcha gelatin on top is rather bitter, so probably better to use less matcha powder (but if you like matcha a loy, i think it is fine)
Agree, the biscuits haven't stayed together and it made a mess when I tried to serve. I'll try to make a genoise today while mixing the other ingredients

The only expensive ingredient is matcha, but you can easily find some affordable/cheap brands off amazon (or even in stores) that you can use for these recipes. Expensive high quality matcha is a waste if you use it for a simple homemade cake where its flavour is milded by the other ingredients.
