    A Jordan 1997 PMG just sold for over $350k. A 2011 Mike Trout rookie auto sold for $150k. These cards were perfect, but bend one corner even just slightly and you easily knock 90+% off the value. Cards can be big money, but condition is critical.

    Those cards and the comic books you found could have been a huge score, the only problem was you grabbed them and moved them around the same way children did. Which is why the next time you ever are able to handle them, don't, just take them home and leave them alone. This is also why people who think the "scored big" are disappointed when they ruin the majority of what they find in these crappy storage bins, did you really have to use the same gloves you touched filthy things with?

    Everyone crying on how he is handling the cards 😂😂

    • @CuntryRebel
      @CuntryRebel 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mostly because collectable cards really have very little value unless professionally graded. And a card that has any blemish, round corner, crease, smudge, etc, won't grade high. And is worthless. So, he's depreciating the value of the cards by not handling them carefully. Especially baseball cards from 1987 - 1994 that have absolutely no value st all unless graded a 9 or 10. And that's rare.

    You were told wrong bro... Those comics are from late 70's early to mid 80's. Newer ones are not worth half of those. Dealers like it when they are baged and sleeved. Those graded cards are worth a pretty penny too bro. Happy collecting dude...

    Hey good video. The cardboard was separating the types of comic books and you messed it up lol. The lower the price doesn't mean it more value though . I would look them up. Lots of time but may be worth it. Or take it to a comic store. Your baseball cards that were graded are worth money. The basic ones if the 70 or older are worth money.

      what's .50 cents x 3? - JACKPOT!!! Oh and tell me please who that specific grading company is. Not a legit ones that is FOR SURE. Not PSA, BGS SGC - they are worth even less for having been graded by those "companies" Those cards themselves are WORTHLESS!

      Those cards are worthless even in pristine condition. Please he has those Gene Upshaw and Tatum cards in screw-down cases, as if they are his top of the line items. Those 2 cards combined are worth about fifty cents, no joke - look it up. All the other ones would make a good campfire and I mean all of them. As for the comics there were a few in there worth looking over but they are in poor shape. Avoid 80's -mid 90's cards like the plague for the most part. Don't buy retail, go for hobby boxes (Contenders and Donruss Optic for football and Bowman chrome for baseball. Have fun collecting!

      Take SydeWayz Advice dude. You have pro blem.. Bu coo pro blem.. Yup, watched the video, then read all the posts. I so agree. Actually, you act and look a lot like my younger brother. Raised him after our dad died. Problem today: Everything was given to him. He was slightly coddled, and didn't learn the value of a buck; probably to this day. He was just like you: smart, kept his eyes on the prize, got few bucks here and there, and tried his best to do the whole abandoned storage thing, kinda like you; hoping to get rich off of some poor slobs misfortune or inability to keep the bill paid, lol. Probably why he never learned to appreciate collectibles, e.g., cards, comics, and the like.
      Problem today, is that he never put in any time to "learn his craft beyond a point," so now: he's not completely broke, but he's fat as fuck (I'm still very fat, but smaller than him now), he can't reach his ass to wipe it 100%, so he always has this aroma about him as he passes by,. Yup, I had that too until I lost a load of weight via Atkins, and because he was never careful about understanding the importance of "due care about collectible items," he just said fuck it and kept going, until such time as he ended up on the other (older, thinner, and responsible brother's couch at middle age). Translation: "You're 40's are so Fucked Dude." Better get a staple and a real job. "And shave that wooly beard of yours." :/
