I really enjoyed these repacks. That dubon might be worth more since he is batting 315 with a 20 game hitting streak for the Astros

I spend A LOT of time on eBay looking at patch cards:
The relics avg. $3-$15
Rookie & rookie autos. $5-$25
Numbered. $1-$8
PSA/BGS. $15 -$50
High end, value is solid.
Low end is junk.
Avg. break even ish.
My big issue is… way too many prospects. 90% of them won’t make it to a roster.

Overall, they were good packs...just needed to be top loaded better. Doubling up cards in top loaders seemed a little cheap to me.

It was not terrible, but it did not make back the buy in. I still believe you should buy the singles you want rather than the lottery ticket. Otherwise you will end up with a garage filled with 5000 count boxes. Another great video!

When you read the part that said "made by collectors for collectors" I had flashbacks because that's exactly what WoW said.
Pretty decent...overall I would guess 85% return. I don't think it would take much to build this brand. Everyone probably scared to compete with Bryce and his high powered connections !!

I had very low expectations for this, so given there were about 5 or so really solid slabs (too lazy to do a full tally, lol), not to mention some good autos and relics scattered among them, this ends up feeling like a surprisingly legit product. Without pricing everything out (or even checking the comments section to see if someone else did), I suspect this product didn't return value overall. But not so much so that it feels scammy. Certainly the ROI is better on something like this than two 2023 Topps Series 1 blasters (unless you get really super lucky, lol).
...that said, I'd also rather spend $50 (well, a bit over $50) on two 2023 Bowman blasters.

This is out of the blue, but why doesn't a company do collectable cards for movies? I think it would be awesome to get a relic of a prop or clothing then on the back of the card it tells you the scene of when it was used or some cool facts about the item. Then of course there would be parallel cards and numbered cards.

My uncle used to own a gas station and I have old jumbo cards. I also have the Sunoco cards from 80s
I remember Sunoco doing NFL stickers and sticker books back in the early 70s. It was my initial introduction to collecting.
These seem ok, but they do a good job of making it look good, while still profiting a lot.

Here's a little story today.
I was at the dollar store and I seen box's of 2022 panini absolute football cards for $1.50 a pack
I grabbed 25 just for fun.
Pulled a 99/499 Tom Brady Red Squares
It honestly looks mint and I saw #78 of that same set of a PSA 10 sold for 444$
What an exciting rip from what I was expecting to be junk.
Actually got some real nice rookies I'm going to stash away to.

i buy hockey cards from the dollar store up here and have hit multiple Gretzky's, super Mario And lots of rookies like Brodeur and Lindros all the time. not every pack is good but all together they're ok
