Yes just press the finger on the time on the screen. It’s touch screen then that should to remaining
Can you isolate certain sounds like mid without low and high etc.
Yes! Use "Isolator" setting instead of equalizer. It kill either of Low,high,mids

Red is not dead - you can be well up in the red without issue. CLIP, on the other hand, is dead, and should be acoided at all costs.
