14:13 What on earth is going on with that mining camp?
On the mod page of game, there is an interesting AI pack: Apocrypha Pack.
When I try to do 1vs1 ai vs ai, the 1st player (blue by default) always lose. Idk feels like "player's POV ai" capped at lower than extreme difficulty, but I tried it in like 20 games and it's always the same. I wonder if anyone have the same issue
I love these AI videos. You should try a game with DE AI vs Custom AI like the Resonance Bot
5:45 i'll assume that lumberjack near tc's name is Michael
Can't you just set "All visible" instead of using cheats? Or does it affect the AI?
At 29:49 you can see that both HD and DE AI have kinda the same advancing age times if you pair them by civilization. Well, all but purple who was getting raided by green.
Amazing video!
I rarely see DE AI build towers, yet your blue did right from the start. That’s really cool.
I’d love to see the AI learn to wall. Right now it rarely builds fortifications besides castles.
2:08-2:09 Hmm secret equations.
And here's me, still playing the conquers. No HD or anything new.
Same 😂 i have a 13 year old laptop i just use for AOE i have downloaded on it
I just wish AI would go for a different feudal strat than just streaming archers and skirms. Like they don't seem to even realise that scouts are a thing.
5:12 do I need to pull off some awesome cool battle poses while I press the buttons?
They should make custom emulations in their engines. Imagine having a random ai player suddenly go full fatslob mode. Hahaha
You should check if fighting AI's light cavalry near deer still provides you with an edge;)
Tower: *Does it's job defending my town and kills scout*
AI: *Sicks it's entire army on tower as an ultimatum*
Me: *Quits game*
i'm pretty sure i can still lose to them, my friends ddeify me fro being good at the game, i have difficulty playing against the new AI
i hate to say it but I wish the AI communicated its thoughts more often and more clearly because it's so darn cool seeing how it thinks. seeing all of the effort the devs have put into the AI now to make it no longer cheat but remain quite competent is such a treat
my AI allies always put a mining/lumber camp/ TC on my resources mid-castle when they still have perfectly untouched resources in their base...i would then sometimes use mangonel targetfire to get rid of them :D also i wish they wouldn't leave like a one tile gap to the edge of the map when they're building a market but you can't have everything
When you switch between ai can you actual control them or help them 🤔
what are the equations over the minecamp on 14:18
Teachers: games dont make kids more inteligent and dont know history.
The game of the entire classroom:
Scumbag Bird Jaguar builds a TC in your base and immediately begins asking you for gold and food.
Wait what was that about switching players in a single player game?! Never knew that.
So could you switch, kill their attacking army and switch back?
Can you make a video on why the ai constantly spams you system messages?
cyan begging for food 13 times within the second half of the game
i was gonna say it has similar energy to red's constant cries for help, but i came up with that before i saw the whole thing, and... christ. what _happened_ to cyan?! why were they so desperate for food, and food alone? was it the house?
i think cuz he was being attacked and also attacking at the same time so he needed food to make units
need an empires war video. how far along does the game start you off in this mode?
and some build order perhaps?
i get double bit axe right at start and make 2 vills to go to wood. make walls with 2 of gold miners and make stable/archery for rush or just gather something else.
but would love and appreciate your input in this
They could make a learning AI. And add that as an experimental option. This should at some point an AI that's impossible to beat. I would be curious to see that AI play a match and learn from that.
AI improved a lot over the years. It's a decent challenge for players.
Yeah I actually lost against a hard ai the other day after this recent update and it was quite a surprise.
It hit me so much sooner than I was expecting and it knows to just keep piling on the pain.
Spirit of a law I've noticed something interesting, formally is it better to build towers or harbors granted Harbors are not as strong as Towers but they only cost wood so I'd like to see Towers versus harbors which one is actually better.
I believe they should reimagine the way the AI works. Normally AI doesnt require a mouse to move things around select and do things. I think they should try giving tye AI a mouse per say. They no longer do things as instantly as they usually do but you can see what they do now. You can observe where their mouse is and their thinking when you spectate them. Making the AI play on a players level
Caster of the law? :p
T90+SOTL casting WC final, I would like to see that actually :p
I would love to see how DE's AI reacts to Monk spam from another Ai. Maybe a rematch for the HD AIs?
26:40 Monk to the left of TC looks traumatized
That monk has severe magnetism.
at 4:44 the updated AI is already on the gold in dark age?
5:15 Whow!
