Great video! You should do a video on the leader.

Hey Kyle, your loop connection videos are awesome. I'm headed to the Maldives to fish GTs in March 2023...very rocky reef there that has an appetite for lines and leaders. Here's a totally nerdy question for you regarding leaders to fly line connection. Here on the west coast of California in San Diego, we do a fair amount of long range fishing for big tuna and wind-on leaders are popular. I'm sure you know all about these. Basically you form a 3-4 foot loop in 100-150lb hollow core braid just like you do for forming the loop on the front end of your fly line loop video and then the heavy fluorocarbon leader material is served 2-3 feet up inside the 100-150lb hollow core braid loop and then secured with glue and nail knots...super strong. People make several of these leaders and store them until needed...maybe different leaders in 80, 100, 130lb etc. The result is a short "wind on" leader of fluorocarbon with a loop on the back end that attaches to the main line or in this case it would be the fly line. The advantage of this is that if your leader gets shredded by a big fish or reef rocks, then you can quickly exchange it with a new leader using a loop to loop connection between the main line and leader...plus it creates a smooth transition between fly line and leader through a braided loop to loop. Have you or anyone you know ever done any leader rigging like this for fly fishing for GTs? What can I say...I told you it was a totally nerdy question 😁.
