No picture no sound but the power indicator is on

I put a flashlight up to the tv and there were just grey and black lines, i only saw them when the tv was on and the flashlight was up close to it

Mine works. All of it. But tge picture comes on for roughly .5 second then black screen for 4 seconds. Does this none stop. Can navigate and all. Just hard to take in the full picture and then navigate it while on black trying all resets. Ideas?
