If u going to sew all around it u don't have to back stitch at the beginning just sew all the way around it and over stitch it it will not come out and it looks better

What type of edge pen did you use?

It is a refillable marker that I got from Makers Leather Supply. I keep one with dark brown dye and one with black dye.
