Dr Frita, not sure if I missed your overview on the recent discovery and announcement on the unlawful eGFR African American Kidney Function Test and the recent federal policy change for those impacted by race base calculation that impacted their kidney transplant waitlist number and position to be called for a kidney transplant. The disappointing part,is none of the African American Physicians seem to be outraged. And the poor black families are just getting word and some are scrambling to find an attorney that even cares enough to fight the transplant hospitals. Of course there is a national attorney. I have decided to disassociate myself with so many Healthcare Leaders for not even addressing this fatal error. They simply expect that African American Families would over look this fatal error of the eGFR African American Kidney Function Test. More than 30,000 African Americans in the state of California are a part of two class action Lawsuits.
Disappointed in the African American Medical Professionals in Healthcare for thinking this eGFR African Function Test was normal, when no other blood test on the list had race in the naming convention.
In the past 30 years, not even an RN, PA or a phlebotomist has said "Wait, why does this test say African Kidney Function Test ?"
I digress....I think you would do a great job explaining the patients rights on the eGFR AFRICAN AMERICAN KIDNEY FUNCTION TEST, and how they should dig throughout their records....for next steps....

About four years ago i was diagnosed with stage 3 ckd. Before that i was only diagnosed with thyroid issues. I had no idea i had a problem. Once diagnosed i stopped drinking alcohol although i only drank wine on the weekends. However my mother passed away and in my grief i started drinking to go to sleep. I also took Motrin like tik tacks. I stopped taking All meds. I detoxed my system and drink a lot of water and water infused with rosemary. At my last blood panel report about a month ago my kidneys are functioning at 100%. Lifestyle change has got all my numbers at a normal level except vitamin D levels.
But please know if I healed myself anyone can. I was told by a natural healer to drink at least 8 ounces of water every time i urinate up to a gallon a day.
be well and be happy… it cost less ❤

I know of many people who have taken high blood pressure medications for 30+ years only to end up with kidney failure and having to go on dialysis. The high pressure incidence of kidney failure, at least here in the US, must have some relationship with the great many drugs that are being prescribed for people to use decade after decade. Even over-the-counter řmedications say discontinue after a few weeks due to possible complications. I think Tylenol may actually mention possible kidney or liver damage in their use instructions. But doctors prescribe medications for people to take for the rest of their lives. No wonder dialysis clinics are everywhere these days.

@@lakeerielove8068 I’m 63 and vegan for 8 years. Many people laugh when someone states that they are vegan. They’ll say vegans are skinny, don’t look healthy, are eating rabbit food, etc. But what is really unhealthy is living on a bunch of prescription medications and dealing with heart attacks, strokes, cancer, kidney failure, diabetes, or dementia. Many of these illnesses are diet related and can be alleviated or completely avoided by consuming a plant-based diet. I spent 17 years as a caregiver to my elderly parents and my grandmother. None of them were overweight. But they suffered from strokes and congestive heart failure as a result of a diet where ever meal included some form of animal product. Animal products clog arteries (arteriosclerosis) slowly over time. So it is not a choice between medication or a heart attack. It is a choice of an animal-based diet or a plant-based diet.

I started getting low back pains about a year ago and I could barely get out of bed sometimes. I wasn’t drinking enough water but my bloodwork would always come back showing that my kidneys were good, however I started to suspect that my statin medication Atorvastatin 40mg was causing the pain. After talking to my doctor about the issue, he changed the medication to another statin Ezetimibe 10 mg and removed the 12.5mg of hydrochlorothiazide (water pill) from my Valsartan 350mg high blood pressure medication. I drink lots more water now throughout the day and the pain has gotten much better, but after watching your video, I was surprised to find that Valsartan which I am still taking can also cause kidney damage. So I was taking a combo pill (Valsartan and water pill) that are both bad for the kidneys. I will ask my doctor to monitor my kidneys and liver during my routine blood work. Thanks Doc.

I had to do a lot of research about what's good and what's bad for my Kidneys..
I do not take Motrin, Advil, Aleve, BC Powders, No Toradol shots, no antibiotics you mentioned in you video.
Also no Antacid meds and definitely not CT scan with contrast dye
My Kidney issues started once I had a doctor put me a very strong blood pressure with durectic.
My kidney function got as low as 37%
I had to immediately become my own advocate.
My GFR is now 74-78%. And I'm only 54.
So, I eat healthier, drink plenty of water and to be honest I only eat fish.
I watch what I eat, drink and take rather it's OTC or prescribed by my primary care doctor as well as my Kidney doctor.
I'm trying to get my GFR up to at least mid 80.
My kidney doctor did say my GFR will never be 100% but if I can keep it up above 60% I'll never sit or be on dialysis.

He was also told he has mild cirrhosis. He follows what the doctors says and is discipline with his diet and he is very frustrated and discouraged because it seems he is just getting worst. Now his kidney and liver blood levels are not good. He feels he can’t anything cause everything has a side effect for him. He’s also on warfarin. Appreciate you video and honesty. It’s so said that more doctors don’t disclose what you are sharing. I also found out years later he could have drank wine or taken cayenne pepper instead of warfarin for his blood.

Bad trip to ER: my IV bag was dry, I told RN and Doctors I need another MS bag bc I have bowel obstruction. They came to my bedside but didn’t do anything. I was dried for nearly 7 hours I was sent to get a CT scan for my Bowel obstruction-but did not have a new IV bag. I was really in and pain and asked for a new IV bag but no one listened. I’m was knowledgeable bc I practiced dialysis for a year with Fresenious and also Army RN ER and ICU but no one listened. Some doctors and nurses did not even introduced themselves. Some cut corners and changed my IVF to 10cc/HR. I nearly went on code blue. I told my Cardiologist the ELG trends and BP went erratic for almost 30 minutes. Called the young Nurse and she got upset with me the rest of the hospitalization for almost a week. Charge nurse came with assigned nurse and said we were saving time so it doesn’t get empty and machine Will ring again. I’ve reported it to my Cardiologist and he was the one apologized. Bad experienced every time I went to ER as a pt. Every time I went to ER I almost lost my life. Previously 8-10 yrs prior I’m a different hospital ER they didn’t even checked my EKG I told them I was experiencing numbed left arm and CP with possible bowel obstruction bc I did not have any bowel sounds and severely bloated. The LVN stated they were busy placed me in a distant room in ER very warmed room, I felt suffocating irritable. I told them I need an Oxygen supplement. Nurse told me I’m not a doctor and I should know better. I cannot just get an O2 TX. I was glad at least I had an IV running. But no one was answering my call button. As I got off the gurney not even a bed I saw in the nurses station nurses and doctors relaxed talking among themselves. I will never go back to ER. Later when I was discharged, my EKG showed that I had some heart damaged. But I secretly asked the RN to give me a copy. I went to see a cardiologist, discharged MD told ordered to see a cardiologist 0:50 0:50 in 6 weeks I did not know that rationale and he started many cardiac tests. It was confirmed I had an MI but no coronary arteries blockages. Today I hope the staff need to be more educated in treating female pts with cardiac problems. I paid my bills but later when I was urged to leave a comment or eval. I told them I will never go to ER unless I was dying & unconscious bc I was treated like a stray dog.

Doctor Frita hats off to you for helping so many and being so honest - thank you thank you! My husband who takes multiple medications that I try to warn him about checking with his doctor if he still need them; I often tell him your body let you know if something is wrong many times. He was taking blood thinners right after having problems with his heart and I kept telling him to ask his doctor if he could stop taking the medication. When he finally asked his physician, he took him off the blood thinners and several other drugs. I was taking hydrochloroth-iazide for high blood pressure and could not pass a toilet. I went to my doctor and let him know immediately and he took me off that med.

I demanded to see a nephrologist who came to the conclusion that I didn't need the HCTZ that I had been on for 20 years because my weight decreased and it was causing my dehydration. My blood pressure actually improved once I was removed. You have to be your own advocate. @@salomemabukz7474 ...Hey y'all
      Disclaimer:
I do not claim to be without sin and fault. My lengthy comment is not intended to attack, offend, condemn or judge anyone. I am just sharing an emergency truth of God. God may allow a "commandment test" before the second gathering of His people. Please give ear.
Do you all know that today, there are "Sabbath Laws/Sunday Blue Laws" on government books? There are organizations working hard to bring these laws to the forefront once again.
The United States Of America "legislated Sabbaths" are calculated by man's time, namely, The Famous Gregorian Calendar. I was told, the state I live in, acknowledges "Sunday" as the Sabbath.
Do you also know that God ordained a Time/Calendar in the beginning of creation? Yes, yes He did!
Genesis 1:14, the lights in heaven, the sun, moon and stars are true time. It is by these lights that days and years are determined and calculated.
ALL days are calculated by the sun, moon and stars . This includes the Sabbath day.
God gave us His "Time" before He gave us the commandment to keep the seventh day Sabbath holy. Therefore, It is very clear that it is in God's will that we use His "Time" to keep His "Sabbath", etc.
Research!!! God may allow The Powers To Be, again, to enforce some type of "Sabbath Law", to see if we will keep His Commands or no. God uses nations to test His people. Take notice of one example in Judges 2:20-23 to 3:1-4.
If this be so, knowing God's true Calendar in Genesis 1:14, will be essential to calculate the true Sabbath, so none will be found on the wrong side and serving the Beasts in Revelations 13 and 14.
Man can change their time/calendars, but they cannot change the true Time/Calendar in heaven.
An hundred plus, nations' weeks, start with Monday as the first day. I think a little less than seventy nations start their weeks on Sunday.
If...If Monday is made the first day of the week worldwide, then Sunday will be the seventh day universally. In return, today's "Saturday Sabbath Keepers", will tomorrow, be aligned on Sunday the seventh day.
This is why, it is very crucial as to what calendar we use to calculate and keep Sabbath, etc.
There is an interesting article on Google written by Steve H. Hanke concerning a President Donald J. Trump calendar. The article is entitled, " A Trump Calendar, Forever?" Look at the format on that proposed calendar. Monday is the first day of week. Research, read and enjoy....
Romans 6:16 reads, "...whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey..."
      Servants, serve....
If any honor a "false Sabbath" calculated by man's time ABOVE the true Sabbath calculated by God's Time, they will be serving man and not The God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob.
Mother Eve failed her test. She was given a simple command to not eat from a particular tree. She did not trust and obey The God that walked in the garden in the cool of the day. She obeyed, trusted and served Satan.
Who we obey is who we serve.
Also, research "The Seven Noahide Laws" and "Project 2025." Will these laws be enforced upon mankind one day?
      *************************************
This is how I keep the Sabbath day by the lights in heaven. But do your own research for the truth.
Imagine being in the wilderness without a Gregorian calendar or any other man made time in your pocket. And, all you have for "time" are the the lights that overshadow you.
When you see the first light that appears on the moon, the sliver, this is the New Moon Day, the first day of the month, the beginning of the month. This is how I start.
Some start the first day of the month on the day before the first light appears on the moon, this is called the "dark phase New Moon Day."
All of us who believe this truth are not on the same page, and we do not fully understand every detail about God's "Time", but that is okay.
We, who keep Sabbath by the command in Genesis 1:14, believe that all things will work out for good.
We believe God's word that says, "we know in part" and "...the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day."
We do not stress about the additional knowledge needed on how to keep His calendar perfectly, because we know God will help us to understand more, in His timing. But one thing, we do acknowledge, is that, this message is truth!!!!!
      We believe, therefore we speak.
During the Exodus, the children of Israel was compassed between the sea and Pharaoh's army. They did not see how they were going to make it. They said, "...let us alone that we may serve the Egyptians, for it had been better for us to serve the Egyptians..."
Like this message, some know that it is truth, but they do not understand it fully and cannot see how they will make it if they take a hold of it. They say, in a sense, "let us alone, we will continue to serve man and keep his method of calculation for Sabbaths, etc."
What people need to be asking themselves is, "Is this message truth?" And, if Truth, walk in it by faith and by the grace and power of God.
"...SPEAK UNTO THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL, THAT THEY GO FORWARD."
God has three category of days, the New Moon Day, the Six Work Days and the Sabbath day. They never overlaps each other on God's Time, never!
After the New Moon Day, count Six Work Days and then the Sabbath. This is how the first week looks on all of God's months.
Week 2, count Six Work days and then the Sabbath. Weeks 3 and 4, follow the same suit. The next month this wonderful process starts over again. A good example of the months resetting is written in Luke 6:1. In this verse of scripture, was this the "second Sabbath" after Adam was created? No No and No!
Remember, there is never, ever, ever 5 weeks in God's months as there is in the Gregorian Calendar.
Take heed to this message, look around, observe the times, take notice of the conditions of this world, how the kingdoms are falling.
God's Kingdom is at hand. Isaiah 66 says that "from one New Moon to another and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me:"
There ain't gonna be no Gregorian calendar or any other man-made time to calculate the New Moon day or the Sabbath day in God's Kingdom. Isaiah will testify to this!!
I believe the woman in Revelation 12 represents the "Israelites indeed", who keep Sabbath by the sun, moon and stars and people that have join them. The Sabbath is a sign between God and His people. The lights are for "signs" as stated in Genesis 1:14. Make the connection.
I could be wrong, but, I also believe that this message will keep people from being deceive by Satan to receive the mark of the Beast. There is a section written about the Sabbath in the "Project 2025" document. Research it,
Sorry so long, but important. Thanks for reading❤️
May the God of our Father Jacob richly bless every reader and theirs and may He count us worthy to escape the things that are coming upon earth. PEACE

The VA don’t give a fck. If you don’t take control of your health, you’ll be on dialysis. VA prescribe, prescribe, prescribe.

Thanks for your question and for subscribing! Lisinopril is often prescribed for people with diabetes. Be sure to ask your doctor how it’s impacting your kidney function long-term, if dose adjustments are needed, and whether it’s still the best option for your diabetes care. For personalized guidance, reach out directly to your doctor, or feel free to book a one-on-one consultation here: social.Drfrita.Com/conciergeservice. Be well.

It blistered my stomach so badly, I couldn't eat for months, and dropped to 80lbs. That's the closest to death I've ever been, that I'm aware of.

Thank you Dr. Frita for your excellent video. It's always important to have a kidney function test because so many are unaware of their kidney health or the importance of staying hydrated to maintain kidney health! God Bless!
