I recently had to go wireless on my bass guitar, mainly because whenever i use a cable i get static shocks off the bass! Looking forward to trying this.
Had the complete opposite. It failed on me in three separate gigs, conflicted with another wireless that my bassist had. Huge, expensive, and didn't work. Best of luck to the others, because most people do seem to enjoy/love them.
@@tonymarinelli7304I have the Sennheiser EW-D and is the best wireless I’ve ever used. I also have this Shure Glxd6+ in my small board and haven’t had any issues at all. Sennheiser ED-W is better but I prefer the Shure for the design.
I've been using wireless since the 80s and I started with Nady, And I've tried almost every brand out there, And I'm very picky. and my favorite one by far is the shure GLXD 16 I have the older model and just love it. I was sold after I saw Corey Wong talking about it. No more batteries. I can get about 3, 3 hour gigs out of it. Probably 4 if I was pushing it. It does come with a micro charger and cable. Hopefully the new one comes with a c cable. But I'm not sure. If you know let me know.
Great insight on the wireless system! And sweet shredding :)
Thanks dude! Let's do it again soon 🤘
Great video and awesome gig!!!😎
Thank you!
Great real world review, thanks Andrew🤘🏻
Thank you for checking it out!
hi, is it sounds really like a cable tone? sounds great?
Yes it does!
@@AndrewLynchMusic the signal is strong on stage? never ever drop out?
@@BagusWibisono Yes, the signal is very strong on stage. I can't say if it will *ever drop out, but I have not experienced a single drop out yet!

@@joshkuempfel9826 sounds like a bigger problem with your amps power, I would figure that out before using wireless to solve
@@AndrewLynchMusic haha I've had the bass and amp tested and it was all fine.

Interesting, was it the previous model? It sounds like you may have had a dud, I’m sorry to hear that! I would send back for a replacement
because it does not work with the legacy system. You must run it on 5.8. Watch a review and explanation.
I’m returning mine today to get a Sennheiser. Really disappointed because the transmitter body pack build is awesome.
@@erichintonbandWhich Senheiser are you getting

Yes they’ve included a USB-C cable with this one, and I agree it’s a great unit
I’m saving up my money for this one. The fact it runs on 9v is key (I’m not concerned about the milliamp draw).
I highly recommend it! Thanks for checking out the video
