Hey man, I already was at the point where I touched the bar with one, sometimes both hands. Then I found your video and your tip "look over your shoulder" was the keypoint for me. After that tip, I did three 360 in a row with out letting the bar go!!! Couldn't believe it myself 😳😳😳 Thank you! Will add 360's in my calisthenics videos soon :)

hold the bar a little longer when initiating the spin. So when you're up and already at 90 degrees hold the bar with one of your arms and then let go at 180
Swing harder Take height by straight arms Try to pull ur knees up The try 180 Then further more Look over your shoulder so u can easily do second half 360 cycle Then try to touch the bar
You will not be able to prevent it, but you can use a footfile when you come home after a session and some lotion for the hands aswell. would it be interesting if I did a video about how you could take care of your hands?
@@DanielFlefil well you don't need to but you should, it's the same with all exercises, you should always train both sides of your body to keep both sides strong!

shall I try to spin to the other way? it helped me with muscle up 360.
You should try to spin even more to grab the bar with both hands, follow the steps my friend in the video :)
