I tried, I was afraid of not rotating enough and land on my neck, so I tucked really hard and overrotated instead and fell directly on my back lol. Got the wind knocked out of me for a few seconds and now I'm scared to try this again.
it's just so scary damn it. Letting go of the bar I'd let go without thinking twice if I had a soft cusion, like a foam pit or lots and lots of pillows underneath.
Daniel do you recommend to try it in a soft ground like a mattress because firstly psychologically the shrimp flip looks a little difficult and dangerous. 😕 Super video btw 🔥💪🏻
I am from india and I like your tutorials. Calisthenics is not so famous in india, I have learned everything from youtube. We don't have proper Bars in park required for calisthenics
