I think the half size PCI thing just means that you can only install a half length PCI card in that slot - because there wouldn't be room for a full length card in the case, with the floppy drive at the front. So if you had a long PCI card you'd need to put it in the slot on the other side of the riser. The PCI connector is still the same.
I believe i own the Mitsubishi CX-400, unfortunately it's stopped working but it uses a fairly commons Intel NLX board so component may be easy to source
My first ever PC! My family used it until 2006. Any idea what the second purple power button is? Mine always just froze the machine and I had to restart it.

Interesting USB options - I didn't think Windows 95 (or NT4) supported USB.
