I saw that the Vive Link box connects to the Graphic card's display port. If I use a laptop with an HDMI port only, can this be connected to that?

Can i use just a headset for flight sim and not purchase the boxs or controllers?

What is wrong with the sound, sounds like its some interference with your microphone when you're talking..

I'm really interested in the vive pro 2 but the controllers... does anyone know of any other controllers (other than the valve index controllers) that are compatible???

Pretty much any controller that uses the vive base stations can be used. That includes the original vive and index controllers.

DO NOT BY THIS there is a thermal issue with the headset that will eventually destroy the optics. i got 2 years out of mine after reading forums on how to prevent damage to the optics however it only delays when the optics will fail (and your 12 month warenty will be up) if you dont believe this comment a quick google search will show you the vast amount of people who have had this issue and unlike the previous vives you cannot seem to purchase a replacement display and fix it yourself.
