The strength, power and attack in Geoff’s perfect pitch string bends with his classic (BB King level) vibrato, tone and replete technique have earned Geoff a stellar place in the GUITAR NATION Rock n Roll Hall of Fame! Rock on Geoff you are one of our best, mate, and an important member of the Fender Britpack of luminary guitarists who helped us change Fender’s fortunes and change the world, you’re making the world a better place!
Replacing Paul Kossoff in Backstreet Crawler and vying with Mick Taylor and Peter Green for the gig, IF’s Geoff Whitehorn went on to do two fabulous albums with Crawler and then moved on to work with The Who, Family’s Roger Chapman, Procol Harum, Bad Company, Jethro Tull, Kevin Ayers, Roger Waters, Manfred Mann's Earth Band, Paul McCartney, Billy Ocean, Paul Rodgers and Elkie Brooks
