**** TECHNICAL NOTE: In the video, I state that the colors don't matter as long as it is consistent. While this is technically true - it could cause confusion. On the factory built boards, the colors of the LEDs follow the same pattern as listed in the wiring diagram - Red = +12v/Yellow = -12v. *****
Been thinking about building my own case for some time but power always put me off not knowing what I am doing. This looks like the perfect solution so thank you for showing us.
Awesome! Yeah, I looked at both Konstant Labs and the Trogotronic systems. The Konstant Labs power seems like a premium supply, but much more expensive. For a system this large it would cost double...
I got them from Modular Synth Lab. They were about $250 with the threaded strips and shipping. The quality of these is top notch! modularsynthlab.com/product-category/diy-eurorack-case/?v=7516fd43adaa
Especially if you're going to build a big case like this! It was very affordable. I was able to put this case together for a few hundred bucks. I'm pretty satisfied with the power as well. I haven't had any noticeable issues with voltage instability or noise or anything.

This seems like an incredibly affordable system for the power it delivers when compared to other power systems out there. Thanks for sharing!
You got it. It's definitely an affordable system, especially if you doing the DIY option.
Thank you so much for making this video
No problem! I'm glad you like it. It's really fun to talk about this stuff. I'm glad someone likes to listen to it. :)
How many HP is the very nice DIY case you built?
It's 6 rows of 168hp.
Love your channel thanks again
“You can get killed …I’m pretty comfortable with that”
Ha! Got to live on the edge, nawhatimean?! :)
How much were the rails? Where did you buy them? Thanks

That’s the best power not crazy expensive either.
