  • Welcome back to Supermission! Today, we delve into an exciting story of a CEO who goes undercover to observe his employees. The CEO disguises himself to gain unfiltered insights into the workplace dynamics and the character of his team.
    He encounters two particular employees. One employee treats him with respect and kindness, while the other displays disrespect. This stark contrast in behavior makes the choice clear for the CEO and the decision of who deserves to stay in his company becomes evident!

      They get paid a lot of money to make the really huge decisions for the company. It's not cost effective for the CEO to do this often. A different manager could though.

    • @brianmorris8045
      @brianmorris8045 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@redridingcape No, but when they do, they learn a hell of a lot. If you do your job properly, you shouldn't worry if the CEO does come by disguised or not. We had a famous company CEO of a furniture store do that, and he was disgusted at some of the attitudes of the employees. It was his name on the store frontage. One week he did the janitor job, next day, as a customer. And then as a supposed agency hire temp to fill a counter position. It worked. Everyone pulled their socks up. None of them twigged during those 3 days he was the same person he was so well made up. Some got the sack, a couple were promoted, others were given a warning.

    • @redridingcape

      @@brianmorris8045 My point is that it can be anyone in upper management that doesn't have much contact with those employees and that CEOs are paid so much that they are a poor choice for this sort of investigation. More optimal to pick someone else whose time isn't as valuable since they can do a very similar job to the CEO.

    That's why everyone should be treated with dignity and respect. This girl was kind and humble and she endured plenty from someone that abused his authority. Apparently he must've had a God complex because not only was he short sighted his position of authority went to his head. She never spoke back to him because she respected the person that was above her. To put up with such treatment she was strong mentally but her patience really paid off. She spoke out but in a calm manner and she never used any profanity while standing up for herself. She went the distance while enduring that type of treatment from her abusive boss.

      @@daveandrade8189 that also includes everyone regardless of background because everyone on the planet 🌎 deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Everyone deserves the same protection under the law. The Constitution of the United Nations stipulates that everyone on the planet should be treated with dignity and respect. If someone that has a position of authority they need to be treated with respect regardless of race and nationality.That doesn’t mean that he/she should abuse their authority because there’s protection under the law for everyone. A good boss will try to inspire morale with the ones that are under him/her because they want to create a good working environment. If a boss is awesome or great nationality or background shouldn’t matter. Employees would be happy 😃 to work under such a person that creates a good atmosphere. If a boss is awesome dispite background or skin color they’ll be happy to work for him/her. Everyone whether bosses or employees are worthy to be treated with dignity and respect.

    My add on:
    After Jess was promoted, the company made greater progress than it ever had before. Edward eventually retired and chose Jess as his successor as the company’s CEO. After Tim was fired, word got out about his behavior, and the only job he could get was being a cashier at the local grocery store.

    I don’t know why, but that made me cry and I know it is just a skit. I have tried to be upfront and honest. I worked holidays, birthdays and anniversaries. Never a sick day in over 10.5 years from my last job. I even went to the hospital Christmas evening (kidney stones) and would up going back to work the next morning. I guess I never really felt appreciated at my last job.
    Anyway I hope that is how it really works for whoever is working and to be honest not working. It’s not hard to be nice or actually do your job. Just some are a lot more stressful and physically straining that others.

Anyway threw a pizza party in the conference room celebrating my 3rd Heartversary (had surgery Cleveland Clinic=awesome) for the Pediatric ICU. I invited housekeeping to come as well as all the Dr's, Nurses and fellow RT's. One b----y Nurse said right in front of the housekeeping staff 'What are THEY doing here?' I said I invited them because they work here. If I wouldn't have gotten fired I would have said you are a b----h, which she was. You have to treat everyone as equals. We are all cogs in a wheel.
