I assume that based on how the question is formulated he is -with a high probability- referring to the unit of time, but which unit would that be? Are we talking about seconds, hours or years? Should I ask him that? No, that is weird, let's stick with months.
So based on the context I guess that with 'it' he is referring to the delivery of the model 3, so the calculation of the estimated time of delivery should factor in Baynesian probability of failure of any point in the supply chain and manufacturing accidents, which if I remember correctly...

I want to see where they're developing the Tesla Bot, the unique assembly line of a Cybertruck, prototypes of the "unboxed process," if they plan on using the bot for the unboxed process or if that'll be in gen 2 unboxed factory, I wanna see the semi truck production line, the 4680 cell line -- all of these things haven't really been seen by anyone but Elon would probably take you on a tour.

I wonder if there's regulation about it being an actual mirror or if a camera with a screen elsewhere within the car would work. A camera could reduce drag greatly.
@Ryan Hogue : That's exactly the issue. the mirrors are mandatory, camera's or not. (I bet that's just the law being slow as always)
Cameras and displays inside the car, potentially a HUD on the window... reduce drag considerably and could even be positioned in the same spot

To bad he doesnt know business. Electric cars are to much of an inconvenience. Who pays 20-120k for a car that cant get you of state without having a minimum 5 hour detour depending on where you’re going and coming from. It cant take me out of houston going to austin a 3hr 30min drive without a 2 hour detour and thats if everything goes smoothly. Im more for solar panels strictly due to the fact everyone has place to live whether that be under bridge or a house etc, the lights that are on under a bridge can be powered by solar, homeless shelters, homes can be powered by solar. Not everyone has car though. Tesla solar panels where waaaaayyyy out of wack! Price wise i got my 2000sqft home off grod for 15k usd. Now with cars it sucks because batteries stop holding charges, wears down etc. the only way i see electric cars driving further is dropping weight. You get what you give. If you drop 20lbs you’ll use less energy to walk a mile but if you put on 20lbs now you have more weight and that will require more energy to walk that mile. Batteries are limited because you get what you give.
