We follow one of the Kambula lionesses as she leads her cubs away from their den. The cubs of the Island female entertain us at their den.

From MalaMala Game Reserve to wherever you are in the world, we'll bring you moments from our daily safaris in one of Africa's most iconic private game reserves. This is essentially a continuation of our 'Rangers in Isolation' series which was filmed during the national Lockdown.
I love it when mother lions carry their cubs. They look so cute with their feet sticking up in the air like that. :)
Mama with her cubs is the most beautiful thing in this world. All the cubbies r very brave to swim along their mama, fantastic!😍👍👍

I just love it! I can watch a lioness and her cubs all day! The part that warmed my heart most was when the cubs were drinking water at the puddle. And she was soft calling in the background for them to "come on." Such a good mom to her precious fur balls! ❤️

I could not take my eyes of those lovely lion cubs...it always amazes me how gentle mum is when they carry there cubs....fantastic video..perfect start to our weekend....those hyenas looked pretty full and content too....to the best rangers in Africa by a mile....many many thanks...have a wonderful weekend all of you!

I'd say there is no descresion. More than likely grabs closest cub. I do not think she plays favorites or has the ability to choose according to a Cubs conditions. None looked weak. Just has one mouth.

Great seeing the Island female's little leopard cubs looking happy and healthy, and exploring their world. But the lions were truly amazing. Seeing those lion cubs trotting along following their mother down the road, across the river and through the grasses was beautiful. They're learning to keep up or momma's going to carry you.

Absolute awesomeness once again. The little lion cubs are so capable crossing the river and loved the way Mama lioness waited and looked back to make sure they were ok...... The Island females cubs are getting bigger every day, they almost look like they have grown overnight, mind you they are still very much babies, curious, playful and mischievous. Also was amazed to see the different shades of color on the Hyena. A couple of them looked to have really light colored coats.... Anyway very cool vid as always, thank you so much MalaMala.

Those sweet little lion cubs are going to so tired after their long walk and little swim with Mom...the one cub looked like it had either mange or mud on its right front elbow...? Leopard cubs were equally adorable :)
