Hey everyone, this is the 2020 Jigglypuff Melee Techs Guide.
It's been a while, but its now finally here! The 2020 Melee Guides are 29 projects, meant to document as much Melee techniques into video form while being generally enjoyable videos to watch.
Special shoutouts to the Smash@Stockton and NJ SSBM scenes! Without them, I probably would not have had the drive to want to finish these guides.

Hey guys, just needed to re-upload this one as one of the slides didn't have the correct text. (Using slide templates back and forth I just happened to miss one). It's correct now so thanks for dealing with the re-upload and enjoy!
Pro tip: watch series at flixzone. Been using them for watching lots of of movies during the lockdown.

Cool tips, just switched my main to Puff recently even though I've been a Puff hater. She's actually pretty fun to play
Puff has the tools to be fun to play for sure, I think people just don’t want to admit it lol.

It is hilarious that kirby is so bad as a character than their own down throw is one of the most consistent and unpunishable puff rest setups.

it is curious how puff has an animation for when her shield brakes. I though the game only had the flying one but nope, she has a dizzy one too! how interesting, it looks cute tbh.

Hay man quick question what where you using when you where playing because obviously not vanilla melee
I recorded my footage on two memory card mod packs, the main one is the 20XX hack pack (4.5 version) which is a training mod for Melee. Any older footage was on the second which was 20XXTE, which is a slightly older hack pack now, that was made for TO’s to use at tournaments a few years ago, but also had an older version of 20XX in it for training.
Who do you main in melee? Marth right?

For ur chaingrab vids, what's the name of the state for making it so that all hitstun is green?
Not sure which state exactly but in 20XX you can toggle a hitstun color in settings (I think in training codes, I’ll have to confirm where and get back to this tonight).

Are you sure puff doesn't get hit while turning around that'd be the same as rest invincibility? Just asking because the hurtbox looks active in the video...
I took that data from the frame data source thread but it does seem like a mistake.
@@thirdchair9670 I figured out why they thought that. It looks like they lifted the information SupeerDoodleMan's export of frame data. In it he states "
Rollout
Charging starts: 16
Hit (upon release): 1-106
Maximum power means charging for 45
When you turn, no damage for 27 frams
it shortens/lengthens the move???
somehow..."
So they didn't account for the comma and assumed invulnerability rather than there's no hitbox for 27 frames.
Up B Ledge Stall dosent work so well on Doc or Mario. Since Cape
