Our beloved Renate Holm celebrates today - 10th August 2021 - her 90th birthday! Dear Renate, thanks for all the pleasure you gave to us over the many years. Too many lieder , aria's and songs to mention, but how do we love "Als geblüht der Kirschenbaum", May health be with you, greetings from fans aus Holland.
And now I discovered that Renate's mother also reached the age of 90 ! That is already in the 2nd minute of the interview. The interview was in 1996, so 25 years ago, when Renate was 65. She never seems to age, as on TH-cam she sings in a church at the age of almost 80 (79 to be exact) and she still looked very young ánd, more important, she still sang so well, an absolute exeption at that high age. Bravo Renate, hope you are doinng well!
