Before cutting out gluten my brain was so foggy that I couldn't read anymore, and I am a person who always have loved books (and also I was a student, so it was very unfortunate). Also I had a lot of gut problems.
After a while on a gluten free diet I "got my brain back" and could enjoy reading and studying again. It felt like a miracle.

I became gluten free when my arthritis became so bad I struggled to get out of bed. I had already had one knee surgery for arthritis and I never wanted to go through that again and became gluten-free and my arthritis went away. 10 years later, I am now starting to have issues at 65 but I am trying to adjust my diet accordingly to keep me from having to take arthritis medication. Thank you for your videos they are greatly appreciated

What about trying to be dairy free as well?
Also, I know several people who get less pain if they turn off all wireless technology in their home - at least at night and sleep far away from the smart meters (and also not in a room with a phone mast or a transformer close by). Also try a mattress without metal spirals in it.

I suffer with plenty of arthritis in my spine vertebrea, Facet Joints, knees, hips, and some fingers now as well. Combine that with Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD) throughout, and Dextrocoliosis makes for a high MISERY Index. I'm trying to cut out as much Gluten I can , lower sugar intakes, But never thought to Kill all Dairy. I will try o eliminate as much dairy as possible ....in my coffee and lessen the cheese intake. I usually drink only a Combo Almond/ Coconut Milk which has no Lactose. That's the enzyme that dairy has that affects adults. I've read that Milk is Crucial to children up to 12 years old. Then consumption should be lowered significantly. Another problem is a practice I Never followed (71 yo man), was to drink WATER! I only drank water when I was very thrirsty. Big Mistake. For instance, I learned that your back Discs - which Do Not Regenerate - are 80% Water.

Yes, I've tried a gluten-free diet and now have to follow it as I get severe bloating, wind, and diarrhea whenever I have it. Also, I must avoid all dairy as I'm even more sensitive to that. My problem is not the lactose but the protein in the milk products that gives me bloating. Cheers from Australia.

Dr Gundry lectin free diet. North America cows have A1 casein.
Italy, France, Swiss cows have A2 casein. Follow his Y/T videos, learned a lot of alternative flours such as sorghum, green banana flour., millet, coconut flours
I missed wheat noodles/pasta so much until I discovered Korean Sweet potatoes starch noodles.

Have Celiac Disease. Was diagnosed in 2013 at the age of 47. Have osteoarthritis in all of the major joints in my body except the knees. After eliminating gluten from my diet completely, my pain from arthritis did improve. So, based upon my personal experience, recommend anyone with major osteoarthritis pain to give up the gluten which will not be easy for anyone that is not allergic to it. For me, it is easy not to eat gluten since it makes me so sick, the next day, that it is not worth consuming anything with any chance of gluten poisoning.

I have sensitivity to many foods i.e lactose, soya, maze, wheat and more. I have been on free from diet for many, however, a year ago I was prescribed medication with lactose which triggered my condition making it worse. I had been taking this medication for years without problems. My last prescription showed allergens in the ingredients which were not listed in previous prescriptions. Most medicines now include lactose and other allergens/bulking agents which are causing adverse allergic reactions in people. I have refused any prescribed medications as doctors don’t always check patients records before prescribing medications. It is sad when people cannot trust the services that are provided to improve patients care.

yes I have tried and remain on a gluten free diet since chronic regional pain syndrome set into my right foot after a break and surgery(break 2018,surgery 2021 with gluten sensitivity developing shortly after surgery). Bloating, gas, extreme gut pain were initial symptoms, red blotchy belly on the outside skin and extreme headaches. It took about 6wks to really notice improvement, but some symptoms eased in 3 to 4 wks. I also struggle now with both High fiber and FODMAPs,before the 2021surgery I could eat high fiber, gluten and FODMAPS. I had a sensitivity to whole milk for about 5 to7 yrs prior though. I could eat some dairy if I had lactose tablets. For me eating any of the foods, including gluten also trigger a chronic regional pain syndrome flare in my right foot(also now in my left foot and gut). It is best to stay away from those foods and follow a low fiber and low fodmap diet too. I now also have extreme constipation if I do not stick to the diets or stack the foods together. I do consult with a registered dietician to help me navigate all of this . Prayers for all with CRPS, and gluten sensitivity or celiacs and all pain conditions in between!

My symptoms were terrible stomach aches, bloated hard stomach and pain in all my joints. The end stage would be small cuts or lesions inside my nose on the bottom that would bleed. The doctor told me I had arthritis and gave me some drug to take. When I was told I was gluten intolerant I cut out all wheat products. Which was difficult because wheat is in everything as a "filler". It took me 6 months to be free of the symptoms and 2 years to be completely gluten free and healthy. I lost 18 lbs and have never put it back on. I now bake my own bread because that GF sawdust you buy in the grocery stores is awful. I'm sensitive to dairy products. Whenever I eat any kind of dairy my nose runs so there's an allergy there with dairy. The "arthritis" is no more. No more stomach aches, no more bloated stomach and no more pain in my joints. I do 20 min. of Tai Chi every day for exercise.
By the way-- did you know that Putin made it a law in Russia -- NO GMO food. I'm wondering why we can't do this in the US. Is it because the FDA gets 65% of their funding from food manufacturers and big pharma?

For me it’s not my joints, exactly, that get pain for days after pasta. It’s typically things like my IT band or my rotator cuff muscles or my Achilles tendon. I went keto for 2 months with zero pain. The second I stopped pain came back. To continue to eat it I’m reminded of the definition of insanity…

I have had extreme hyperacidity and fibromyalgia like symptoms for more than 2 years...No doctor could help, all reports always came normal. Except endoscopy that showed Gastritis. But getting diagnosed waant enough.. However, one day, one really talented doctor asked me to stop eating gluten containing foods. My life changed after that...I was free from almost all the symptoms in a span of just 4 months! Im healthy, fit and fine again..ive also adapted to lactose free diet..:)

I had to self diagnose my condition. One of my big toes can get so swollen when I eat anything with Gluten, and sometimes my left ankle. I have no idea why these areas are the only parts affected when I eat gluten. However, the inflammation is so severe, the pain is similar to a broken toe. When I went to the doctor, they told me I have severe arthritis. However, I noticed that this arthritis only happened if I ate pretzels or ate bread. Then I noticed that if i had fried foods made with flour, it can also happen. I'm not sure if it's Celiac disease or Non Celiac Gluten Sensitivity, I think it's the latter because it doesn't bother my digestive system at all. Just found it weird that it only affects my feet region

I have alpha gal syndrome from untreated ehrlichia lone star infection from 1989, that included 2 stages of rashes, still untreated. The weird part was that after the initial infection I was generally ok with muscle aches. So I was dumb and happy with Lyme for 16 years. Then I got a shot of penicillin for unrelated, and had a massive herX event. Total breakdown of my life. I did more antibiotics for strep. And got worse. There was no diagnosis for Lyme. My CPK jumped to 800-1400 and then the Epstein barr kicked in. Eventually in 2018 my dad caught Lyme, and was treated quickly, and it occurred to me to go to a Lyme doctor. He diagnosed 2 species ehrlichia and Lyme A. He told me about alpha gar syndrome, but I was skeptical. I had a juicy red flank steak, and got a ganglion on my finger within an hpur that stayed for almost a year. I dropped red meat. Now I'm dropping all dairy, and gluten, alcohol, because everything has gotten worse. My eyes are having issues, you either modify, or you die. But I can say with certainty, that antibiotics ruined me. Even iodine based intravenous CT contrast sets me off on a massive herX event and inflames my pelvic floor and skyrockets my CPK. Iodine is an antiseptic, so it makes sense that iodine based x ray contrast can set off a massive herX event. If I didn't do the antibiotic injection back in 2006, I would not have gone into this permanent state of inflammation caused the day I got the injection, and my own immune was keeping the Lyme tolerable. You do not treat chronic Lyme with antibiotics. At least for me. I believe the CDC is correct on this. But the CDC s recent announcement regarding alpha gar is totally underestimating 10 fold the amount of Americans with the lone star infection. I got it in 1989 in Ohio. Deer bring the Lyme ticks to you and your family. Do not underestimate how a Lyme infected tick will destroy your life, prevention is key. I used to fix surgical robots nationally, now I can barely mow my lawn at 58.

Without excersise 😂😂 couldn’t continue on such restrictive diet. Too much pleasure deprivation and living on greens and two types of groats was too much of sacrifice for me. I limit gluten intake now to half of what I used to eat before that.
