You can't loop songs on Spotify mobile without premium, the closest way to doing that is to use a different device, such as a computer, and connect you headphones to it. You can still choose what to loop and stuff, but you can't like go to the store without disconnecting the headphones

There is this glitch where if you play Spotify on your Xbox
And you have your loop put on your mobile device and you turn off your xbox it would just loop itself
