It's great to see a realtor openly discussing the serious environmental issues in DHA 5 and DHA 6. In Pakistan, environmental concerns often take a backseat for the government and development authorities like DHA, CDA, or RDA. However, living with these issues can lead to severe health problems for residents, therefore, raising awareness and highlighting these problems is crucial. Well done!

Everything is relative.
Environmental degradation is everywhere especially in big cities. In Lahore and Karachi there are industrial estates everywhere with far more pollutants.
Solution is compliance to environmental laws and proper planning of citities. Why blame our armed forces for everything when the private owners due to saving cost dont follow the laws and corrupt government civilian employees who takes bribe and dont ensure compliance.
DHA Phase 5 is a gem for future and a safe investment. People who have money and wanting to invest in property or for their own living then this is going to be the best living in future.
We should evaluate things from all perspectives and not blinded by one factor for which there is a solution.

Why was DHA allowed in this area?

2:16 DHA has literally captured government land that was actually marked for Rawat Industrial state expansion. Now Industrial state cannot expand and our Faujis have sold out vital land as plots (that was there for industrial development). Now civilians who have bought this land are realizing that they are just next to industrial state. But the damage to Pakistani economy and investment is done already.
