Yeah... I've read somewhere they didn't amyone on bare feet so they wpuldn't have to animate their toes! Imagine a torrent of individually created little dolls...!
1:49 "Isn't life *wonderful* Mr. Goose?" "Why, yes, Mr. Humpty. I *love* living in Shrek's swamp!" "Let's stay here forever, & ever, & ever, & ever ever ever ever...!"
I sort of was beginning to think Fiona was born an ogre and then the king and queen sought the fairy godmother or something and was able to make her a human by day until she found true love and would be human all the time, I guess the movie had the same idea then
It's one of the most accepted fan theories: they say the magical nature of the frog prince was passed on to the next generation, resulting in a ogre girl. Then they had to search for a magical treatment to get to that human-by-day/ogre-by-night condition, which would be solved when she found true love... although not in the way they thought it would happen!
This deleted same pretty much shows reason why Lord Farquaad decided to banish Fairy tale creatures to Shrek's swamp the fact His swamp was technically owned by Duloc
I used to have the film with the deal in it, fully animated and finished but the scene was done differently. shrek asks what kind of quest and almost immediately lord farquaad responds to shrek saying A quest to rescue the princess and bring her to me to be my wife or something like that and also explains that the swamp was never shrek's swamp to begin with but he will give him his swamp [Showing the scroll which is shown later on in the film when lord farquaad says "take It Before I Change My Mind"] but all this happens at the stand not in the model room like in the storyboards. But now Shrek asks what kind of quest then it goes silent with and alternate longer shot of Shrek and then cuts away to the next scene where they begin their quest
@@ChelseatheCreativeFox-pc2xz In that timeline shrek didn't go to the castle and freed the dragon, that's why he should be alive. Even the behind the scenes was supposed to have a scene featuring him.
That would have been a total nightmare for modeler to make all these dolls just for this one scene. xD
Pro tip : watch movies on flixzone. I've been using it for watching all kinds of movies during the lockdown.
@Axl Fabian yup, I have been watching on flixzone for months myself =)
@@axlfabian3256 SHUT UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUP!
Technically no
funny. but this scene would imply that farquad expected shrek to show up and to defeat his men
That’s partly the joke.
Yeah this is a funny scene and all but imagine having to animate all those mini little fairytale toys falling down
Yeah... I've read somewhere they didn't amyone on bare feet so they wpuldn't have to animate their toes! Imagine a torrent of individually created little dolls...!
This would explain why Shrek made fun of his height.
It does kinda make sense why Farquaad forced those fairy tale creatures on Shrek’s swamp and how Shrek didn’t have legal claim to keep his land.
Ah yes. If this was in shrek it would make some nice memes.
I would have loved this scene.
Shrek’s face is just priceless
1:49 "Isn't life *wonderful* Mr. Goose?"
"Why, yes, Mr. Humpty. I *love* living in Shrek's swamp!"
"Let's stay here forever, & ever, & ever, & ever ever ever ever...!"
It's the two characters from Puss's own movie
Farquaad's laugh at 1:39 though!
And....MINI MALLS.......
I remember watching this on my Shrek DVD, along with other special features
This fits perfectly in the final one xD
that was way better than the chosen deal scene..haha! makes me laugh every time.. :D

A different deleted scene that was released on the DVD heavily implies that this is the case.
@@CameoAfro What scene?
@@h193013 It's a scrapped scene in the special features of the dvd release.
0:58 “Bad donkey! Get down, get down!” lol 👏👏😂😂 Very funny!!!
That's what Fiona's dad said
@@abrahamcortina2171 I guess they took it from here
Look.. A trailer home
Corey Peters SMACK!!! “Bad donkey! Get down, get down!”
LOL!!! 😂
how's life?
Why was everything modernized looking models rather than medieval designed??
This deleted same pretty much shows reason why Lord Farquaad decided to banish Fairy tale creatures to Shrek's swamp the fact His swamp was technically owned by Duloc
I mean it's still implied in the final film, with the way Farquaad says "you're swamp?"
i just watched this for Professor Tremonti's class at SWOCC!
I love the gags pure creativity 😂😂
I watched this after Pyro's new video...
SAME HE IS CLICKBAIT
That would of been way better than what we got in the final
I wish that scene was actually in the movie
If the was in shrek it would've been 94 minutes long
"What kind of quest?"
0:28 is it me or does that woman look like Evangeline Lily.
Maybe I've watched too much Lost
it's weird to think about how Shrek is almost nothing like it was meant to be

@@SandeepAnandadas trust me the film was much better with the scene in
For me this scene is like a extension people chose to have it on or not
I wish Farquaad appeared for Shrek 4, it was a better villain than rumpleskin.

could someone make this into 3d animation with sfm aka sourcefilmmaker animation or maybe gmod animation?
It is amazing see that "cutting" isn't exclusive to take away boring scenes.
Whyyy... this scene is truly amazing. Why they've removed it?
It doesn’t fit well with the final movie.
nightmare to animate at the time.
Show Chris farleys full performance
does anyone have the storyboard video for Fiona's Prologue?
Shrek fox and the hound balto 2 winnie the pooh kidz bop movie deleted scene storyboards
???????
¿Chris Farley?
its a funny scene, but i dont think it would have worked in the story
Why not?
It would’ve explained how Shrek and Donkey new about Farquad being short.
0:52, Hey!
Why does he say Shrek's lines with a Scottish accent? I thought that was Mike Myers's idea AFTER the original record sessions.
LOL
