Which pump is good for the microchannel and how we choose.

Automotive industry switched over from Tube and fin to micro channel 30+ years ago and you’re guaranteed 30% more leaks from the micro channel that’s a guarantee.
By using micro channel you’ll make 30% more profits for returning to top off leaky systems from the micro channel.
By installing a micro channel you’re guaranteed 30% more condenser change out with a shorter lifetime by 30% and that’s a guarantee. We love those micro channel very profitable 👍

Do you provide courses on how to size micro channels heat exchangers? I would like to do the sizing on my own so that I can choose an adequate type/configuration.

Hi , can you plugg any of the tubes if it can't be repaired. If it can what's the percentage allowed.

Thanks for your question, Sanjay. The answer is that the construction does not allow for sealing off the individual microchannel aluminium bars. There are several channels inside each of the bars, and you can't block any of these without damaging the MCHE.

Denso should get into making them. Their automotive condenser last forever
